Icon be gone

Icon be gone

 nude and white icon

once symbol of bold

glorious and free

wild daring to let them be

fiery blue days gone

dry raw cough of life

always absurd waste

distaste and aftertaste

a habit that gravitates

 suffer the little children

for them a requiem

what is to remain

but electric

screams of pain

of mean death by

cigarette
